We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to help grow an established customer base while identifying new opportunities within the medical and life sciences sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to develop strong commercial skills, own a territory, and build long-term customer relationships.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Grow & Manage Key Accounts
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers in your territory
  • Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and account revenue
  • Conduct regular outreach to build strong long-term partnerships
Drive Territory Growth
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers to execute sales strategies
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and potential prospects
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities
  • Deliver product presentations and consultative sales discussions
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients across the medical and life sciences space
  • Maintain CRM records and track all customer interactions
  • Manage an active sales pipeline and support forecasting
  • Monitor sales performance and account trends within your territory
Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B sales (medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to manage accounts and identify growth opportunities
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 0–3+ years of sales experience
  • Experience selling into medical, healthcare, or laboratory environments is a plus
