CARS Protection Plus (CARS), based near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a leading provider of vehicle service contracts to the independent car dealership sector. Location: On the road
Reports to: Zone Sales Manager
Position Responsibilities- Meet with 10+ dealers per day (≈50% existing, ≈50% prospective)
- Coach and mentor existing dealers to increase contract production
- Present the CARS product line and inherent value proposition to prospective customers
- Prepare and submit daily communication logs with accurate, actionable meeting observations
- Liaise between dealers and CARS for exceptions and claim issues as they arise
- Continuously update dealers on product changes and modifications
- Coordinate with in‑office CARS staff to accomplish both sales goals and customer experience objectives
- Track record of sales success
- Self‑starter with a strong work ethic
- Unyielding willingness to do what it takes to be financially successful
- Honesty and integrity above reproach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust
- Knowledge of auto dealerships is helpful but not required
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
