Doctor Referral Institute – Territory Director (Ownership)
Doctor Referral Institute (DRI) is seeking Territory Directors to lead and grow a proven referral system within their designated markets. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and sales expertise in the B2B healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to target specialty medical and dental practices.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high‑performing sales team, with the potential to build a team beneath you.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track progress, forecast results, and optimize performance.
- Own and grow an exclusive territory, building a residual income business model.
- Collaborate with DRI’s full training, marketing, and strategic support to achieve revenue goals.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably managing territories or outside sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and sales acumen with proven ability to close high‑value deals.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is required.
- Uncapped commission structure with potential earnings of $200‑$750K+ annually based on results.
- Self‑motivated, results‑focused, and comfortable investing in a territory ownership opportunity.
Base salary $200k–$700k per year plus commissions. Initial one‑time territory investment required (amount depends on territory size). No ongoing fees. Uncapped income potential as you grow a team and build a book of business.
