- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
- Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives
- Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance communication and strategic initiatives
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
- Strong project management abilities
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and effectiveness in managing change
