Join Stryker as a Foot & Ankle Sales Representative. This role focuses on selling Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, driving sales and providing product education.
Responsibilities- Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products with high intensity and commitment.
- Develop expertise in Foot & Ankle products and market trends.
- Engage customers in operating room consultations, delivering advice and training.
- Maintain inventory and assist customers proactively.
- Build credibility with surgeons by understanding competitors’ offerings.
- Operate in fast‑paced environments and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, product demonstration, and marketing strategy.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and database tools.
- Ability to build relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
- Comfortable working in emergency/operating room environments.
- Availability for meetings and professional association events during extended hours.
- Commitment to compliance, privacy, and ethics per Adva Med and company policies.
