Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Entry Level Sales Account Manager at Windsor Summit Associates located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, account management, customer service, lead generation, and communication on a day-to-day basis.

You will be responsible for creating and developing positive relationships, connecting with decision makers and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions biased of of the customers and clients needs.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Account Management and Lead Generation skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is not required but a plus

Responsibilities

• Execute day to day sales, marketing and campaign management
• help clients and customers troubleshoot, request and key implementations
• Build client relationships with excellent service
