Job Responsibilities- Solicit and procure orders of Safilo USA product lines within the assigned geographical area.
- Grow the market demand for the Safilo portfolio of products in a collection of customer accounts.
- Effectively act as a business consultant on product knowledge and programs.
- Deliver volume and net sales objectives for all Safilo portfolio of products.
- Deliver growth through implementing the sustainable Safilo Sales Model with strategic customization.
- Develop and adhere to an effective call cycle to achieve desired service frequency to Safilo customer accounts to meet indicated net sales objectives.
- Ensure brand visual merchandising standards are met, refresh and leverage POP materials.
- Utilize all brand materials to conduct regular customer staff trainings to reinforce knowledge and ensure message to the patient/consumer is translated consistently to brand positioning standards.
- Cultivate the existing customer base, while partnering with the local sales representative team to prospect for new potential customers in the market.
