The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class customer experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans.

Flexible Sales Associate (Part‑Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.

• Comfortably work a schedule that varies with business needs – including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• A results‑oriented selling record.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a caring approach.
• The ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
• Age 18 or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to embrace adventure and a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.
• A flexible schedule ranging from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
