Gift Shop Associate; Part Time

Overview

The Blessed Stanley Rother Shrine in the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City is seeking a Gift Shop Associate (Part-Time). This position is responsible for assisting customers with item selections and completing sales transactions. Duties include, but are not limited to, customer service, sales, inventory, and stocking. The successful candidate will provide customer service by interacting with customers, explaining merchandise, answering questions, and assisting with purchase decisions as well as cleaning, restocking the gift shop and front desk area.

• Assisting customers with item selections and completing sales transactions
• Providing customer service by interacting with customers, explaining merchandise, answering questions, and assisting with purchase decisions
• Cleaning and restocking the gift shop and front desk area
• Inventory management and stocking
• Handling cash, credit transactions, and POS software usage

• Knowledge of POS software, cash and credit transaction processing, and inventory procedures
• Active practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
