Assist store management in daily operations and management responsibilities.

• Punctual and dependable attendance
• Provide excellent customer service and train employees in customer and contributor service skills
• Assist in preparation of daily reports
• Open and close cash registers, perform cash handling tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, and balancing cash drawers
• Assist in sales and processing of items
• Conduct monthly safety inspections with the Store Manager to identify hazards
• Maintain safety log and coordinate safety drills
• Attend required training
• Adhere to agency policies and procedures
• Review and follow Goodwill of Central Oklahoma safety policies, programs and procedures; attend safety training and report any unsafe conditions, accidents, or injuries immediately

• Perform other duties and projects as required by management

• High School degree or GED, preferred
• Prior retail or customer service/relations experience preferred
• 6 months supervisory experience, preferred
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Reliable transportation and communication required

• Work is physical and requires standing, walking, twisting, bending, grabbing and reaching for long periods; occasional squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds or more with assistance
• Must operate a computer, handle textiles and donated goods, and move stock onto or off shelves

• Climate‑controlled retail or production environment; exposure to airborne particles such as dust, mold, dirt, pollen, and extreme heat and cold
• Available to work during operating hours, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, blackout periods, and occasional overtime when approved by management
• Works 40 hours per week or more when required
• Moderate noise level
