Job Overview:
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) are brand ambassadors who bring the T‑Mobile brand to life. RSRs build excitement around our products, educate customers, and provide a world‑class customer experience in a constantly evolving retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in picking up where they left off, whether online, through Customer Care, or in‑store.
  • Explore individual needs and demonstrate the latest technology in‑store.
  • Side‑by‑side sell personalized solutions beyond the device and service plan.
  • Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
  • Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plan value, and unlimited connectivity.
  • Complete new employee training on T‑Mobile in‑store experience, systems, and reference resources.
  • Seek information about wireless innovations and technology.
  • Handle cash and store operations responsibilities as needed.
  • Partner with T‑Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and own the customer experience.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun.
  • Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
  • Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders while serving customers.
  • Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
