$16.00 per hour

Prepare and present food items according to established recipes, brand standards, and quality expectations while maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment. This role supports guest satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality food service and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

• Prepare food items according to standard recipes and brand guidelines
• Ensure food quality, consistency, portion control, and presentation standards
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food products
• Keep kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and work areas clean and organized
• Follow all sanitation, health, and safety standards
• Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, and steamers
• Receive and properly store food and supply deliveries
• Report maintenance or equipment issues promptly
• Assist with inventories, requisitions, and food production planning
• Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and other departments
• Respond professionally to guest concerns when needed
• Follow all company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures
• Support other departments during emergencies or peak business needs

• Tuesday – Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Saturday: 4:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• Availability:
  Open availability required, including weekends and holidays

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to read recipes and follow instructions accurately
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety certifications

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs regularly
• Push and pull carts or equipment up to 250 lbs
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, reach, and work in tight spaces
• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments (kitchen/freezer)
• Manual dexterity to operate kitchen tools and equipment
• Ability to work in noisy environments
