Barista – Part-Time (Library Coffee Shop) at Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel, Crescent Hotels & Resorts

The Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel is a landmark full‑service hotel with multiple restaurants and meeting space located in the heart of OKC’s growing downtown destination area. We are looking for an upbeat individual who loves customer service and hospitality to work in our proudly served Starbucks, Library Coffee Shop.

Shift hours are from 5 AM – 1 PM, part‑time (2–4 days a week).

• Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to the service manual.
• Perform necessary set‑up side work as assigned.
• Answer any guest questions about the menu and beverages.
• Operate the electronic cash register / MICROS POS system.
• Anticipate customer and Library needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customer for cues.
• Perform any other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Experience as a barista strongly preferred.
• Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• A polite, engaging personality.
