Dust Bowl/Fassler Hall is looking for fun and energetic candidates to work in a combination German Beer Hall and retro‑themed bowling alley! Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, friendly, and enjoy making guests happy.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate orders
- Quality Control - check each plate for accuracy, portions, garnish, and presentation before it leaves the kitchen.
- Timing Management - ensure that all items for a table are ready at the same time for smooth service.
- Maintain Flow - keep the pass area organized and clean and ensure hot food stays hot and cold food stays cold.
- Previous experience in an Expo or similar role in a fast‑paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for perfection in food presentation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Food handler license from the Tulsa Health Department
