Job Description- Show and lease apartments, townhomes, or condominiums to prospective residents and support the community's marketing plan.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Work cooperatively with others, including residents, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Remain in a constant state of alertness.
- Fill in for the manager in their absence.
- Complete lease forms or agreements and collect rental deposits.
- Ensure that the model apartments and target apartments are ready for show.
- Maintain work areas and the office in a clean and orderly manner.
- Be aware of the curb appeal of the property.
- Possess thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications, and all property policies.
- Know required telephone and sales techniques.
- Stay fully informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations, and all amenities of the property.
- Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses to provide informational material, updating it periodically.
- Shop competitive properties and develop full knowledge of application requirements, screening processes, and rental policies.
- Develop and maintain an ongoing resident retention program under the direction of the Community Manager.
- Maintain proper maintenance of all resident and property files.
- Update and maintain the Concierge Book, Property Information Handbook, and Advertising Log Book.
- Efficiently and timely process all required administrative forms, reports, and related information.
- Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
- Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Seek educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Annual Salary: $34,000 - $37,000 USD
