We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Technician II to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. PositionDuties and Responsibilities
- Weigh cups to verify compliance with specifications.
- Measure and document attributes and density of cups using precision instruments in a lab setting.
- Perform leak tests to ensure product reliability.
- Utilize microscopes to examine cell formation in cup s.
- Analyze test data and make informed decisions regarding product quality.
- Comply with all Lab procedures and specifications to ensure continuous Quality of all production.
- Accurately scan and maintain daily quality documentation.
- Prepare and submit quality reports as required.
- Identify trends and recommend corrective actions to improve product quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.

- Salary range of $46-$59k per year.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- Experience in quality control (QMS) or laboratory testing in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, 22000, GMP, HACCP standards.
- Ability to calibrate and utilize standard laboratory equipment such as scales, calipers, microscopes, and Measurement tools.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
