What You’llDo:

• Be the first point of contact andtriagethe needs of the clients and the office

Field prospective and current client calls

Proposal,production and initiation of contracts

Process employee time sheets

Maintain various databases and spreadsheets

Order andmaintainoffice supplies

Invoice,manage accounts receivable,andmaintainfiles

What We’re Seeking:

• Preferred:
  Minimum one-year experience in office processes and administration procedures

Outstanding telephone and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy

Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Preferred: working experience with CRM and SAP systems
