You will monitor vital signs, administer medications, manage feeding tubes, and provide respiratory support to infants. Required qualifications include an active Oklahoma RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 1-2 years of recent NICU experience.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are required, and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended. Strong skills in neonatal assessment, family support, and teamwork are essential. The facility is a hospital with advanced neonatal care service lines and a collaborative culture.
