At VITAL, we provide flexible opportunities to work in various long-term care facilities throughout OKC/Tulsa and the surrounding area's. Our team of LPNs enjoy the freedom of PRN work, uniquely able to float between different locations each week.

On our team, your primary responsibility will be to cover weekly Priority Shifts.

• Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
• Take vital signs and record them in the patient’s chart.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Prepare and administer injections and enemas.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters.
• Provide wound care.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN)
  License.
• 1+ years of experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care environment.
