Position: Campus Supervisor (RN)

Night Shift Campus Supervisor (7pm-7:30am)

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Campus Supervisor provides direct campus‑wide supervision to all staff on a given shift. Responsibilities include conducting physical assessments of residents, implementing and evaluating treatment plans, completing documentation, administering prescribed medications, and providing health‑care education to residents and families. Perform duties in accordance with ANA Standards of Practice for Psychiatric Mental Health Care, facility mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards.

Sign On Bonus: Full‑time 7pm‑7:30am RN up to $15,000.

Position Requirements
  • Valid licensure and registration by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing as a registered nurse (required)
  • Three (3) to five (5) years prior clinical experience (required)
  • Recent psychiatric nursing experience (required)
  • Minimum one (1) year of supervisor experience (required)
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)
About the Facility

Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital at Bethany is a 56‑bed psychiatric hospital offering adult behavioral health programs and treatment services. The facility provides crisis stabilization and medication management for patients with disorders such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, paranoia, and schizophrenia.

Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital also provides inpatient and residential treatment services for ages 5‑17. The multidisciplinary treatment teams—psychiatrists, licensed therapists, and highly specialized nurses—collaborate to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Cedar Ridge is a 116‑bed acute psychiatric hospital and residential treatment center on a wooded campus with a pond, school, outdoor courtyard, and playground.

Qualifications
  • BSN or master’s degree (preferred)
  • CPR certification within 30 days of employment
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Successfully complete a drug test
  • Successfully pass a national background check
  • Physical agility to manage patients; ability to push, pull, and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Exposure to psychiatric patients who may exhibit violent/aggressive behavior
  • Potential exposure to communicable diseases, blood/body fluids, and other hazardous waste
