• Active Oklahoma RN license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• At least 2 years of recent progressive care or step‑down experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Registered Nurse, PCU
• RN (Compact Accepted)
• BLS-AHA (Copy Needed) certification
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• 1 Reference covering entire work history

• BSN
• Previous post‑surgical or trauma/orthopedic experience preferred
