• Provide skilled nursing care under the direction of an RN
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care

• Document visits clearly and timely to ensure continuity of care

• Current LPN license in Oklahoma
• At least one year of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to patient well‑being
• Strong communication skills and sound clinical judgment
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance

• Full‑Time: $30/visit
