Education:
Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required
BSN preferred

Qualifications:
1–2 years of RN experience, Level I experience required
Strong knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures
Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues
Basic computer skills

Provides nursing care under general supervision to patients with varying health conditions, from moderate to complex. Delivers safe, evidence-based care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities Include:

Assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients Monitor, assess, and document patient responses to treatments and interventions Administer medications, IV therapy, and blood products Assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions Monitor patient status and intervene as necessary Coordinate care and make referrals to appropriate personnel Delegate tasks to support staff as needed Perform other duties as assigned
