About the Position
Medical Edge Recruitment  is seeking an experienced  Labor & Delivery RN Director  for a  13-week travel contract  in  Oklahoma City, OK (surrounding areas) —perfect for leaders ready for a high-paying assignment with travel and housing support.

Assignment Details

Oklahoma City, OK (surrounding areas)

Facility Type:  Acute Care Hospital

Pay:  $43/hour + $1,200/week stipend (~$2,900/weekly total)

Contract Length:  13 weeks

Shift/

Hours:

8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday

Requirements

Current and valid  Oklahoma RN license  (or compact state license)

Minimum  5 years as a staff RN  and  2 years in a Director role

Current  BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications

Proven leadership and management skills in Labor & Delivery

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the Labor & Delivery team

Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and safety standards

Mentor and support staff nurses in clinical and leadership skills

Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational efficiency

Maintain quality assurance and documentation standards

Provide clinical support and guidance during deliveries

Foster a patient-centered environment with compassionate care
