Requirements to Apply- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
- Active Oklahoma RN license or multistate compact license (residency within 6 months)
- 3-5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience
- Prior Charge Nurse, Educator, or comparable leadership experience
- Specialty or nursing leadership certification
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing Surgical Oncology unit within a growing academic medical center. The RN Manager will oversee a 36-bed surgical oncology unit caring for patients across the surgical continuum, including pre-operative, post-operative, and surgical decision-making phases.
The unit supports patients across gynecologic, urologic, colorectal, hepatobiliary, and complex gastrointestinal oncology services. With strong interdisciplinary support and an engaged physician group, this role offers both operational responsibility and meaningful leadership impact.
The RN Manager is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations, staff development, quality initiatives, and performance outcomes while modeling a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration.
