Overview
Frontier Hospice is currently seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments. As an On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support.

Respond to a variety of patient needs, from urgent to routine, providing unwavering support in critical moments. - Provide empathetic and heartful assessments:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. - Maintain accurate documentation:
Ensure accurate records in the patient’s home and within agency and regulatory standards. - Provide support for families:
Share knowledge and guidance to help families care for their terminally ill loved ones.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred
- Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical-surgical/acute care setting; hospice experience a plus
- Must be computer proficient, including EMR
- Possess and maintain current CPR certification if required by state
$84,000 - $90,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
