Position: Travel Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse - $2,850 per week

Job Details:

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex

• Float pool position requiring flexibility across multiple units

• Must have level one and MS experience

• Holiday and weekend work required

• 1 year of nursing experience required

• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred

• Current Oklahoma RN license or multistate compact RN license required

• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) and PALS (American Heart Association)

• Assume responsibility for assigned group of patients

• Document patient responses to nursing interventions and medical treatments

• Assist physicians with examinations and minor diagnostic procedures

• Obtain and monitor physiological data of patients

• Administer medications as prescribed

• Initiate, regulate and monitor IV infusions and blood products

• Interact with families regarding care plans and discharge instructions

• Delegate tasks to support staff

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required

• Computer skills necessary
