Certified Medication Aide; PRN

Accel at Crystal Park in Oklahoma City, OK, is seeking a full‑time Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to administer oral and topical medications under licensed nursing supervision and in accordance with state and federal regulations.

The role is part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing superior clinical care, rehabilitation, wellness, and supportive services to residents.

• Administers medication as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with any state and federal regulations and consistent with facility policy.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of the “five rights” of medication administration.
• Records the administration of medications and/or treatments appropriately.
• Observes for and reports any reactions and/or side effects of medications to a licensed nurse on the appropriate shift.
• Administers PRN medications in accordance with state and federal regulations and consistent with facility policy.

• State certification as a Nurse Aide is required.
• State certification as a Medication Aide is required.
• State‑approved medication administration certification.
• Complete familiarity with duties of a certified nurse aide.
• Highly developed observation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
