Registered Nurse; RN – Home Health & Hospice

Interim Health Care of Oklahoma City is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care to Home Health, Hospice, and Palliative care patients
. This role is ideal for a flexible, patient-centered nurse who values variety in their day and is comfortable supporting patients across the continuum of care.

This position includes a mixed caseload across Home Health, Hospice, and Palliative care visits and is not a hospice-only role. As our hospice and palliative census grows, visit distribution may shift, but flexibility across all service lines is required.

• Provide in-home nursing care to Home Health, Hospice, and Palliative patients

• Complete skilled visits, assessments, and care coordination

• Deliver symptom management, education, and emotional support

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

• Complete accurate documentation in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and agency standards

• Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled

• Work 2 weekends per month
  , with additional per-visit compensation

• Active RN license in Oklahoma

• Experience in Home Health, Hospice, or Palliative care preferred

• Comfortable managing a mixed caseload across service lines

• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Base Salary Option: $77,000–$82,500 annually
Weekend Pay: Additional per-visit compensation for weekend visits
Per-Visit Option Available for those preferring pay-per-visit over salary
