RN Manager – Surgical Oncology
Salary Range: $85,000 to $115,000 (DOE) + Sign-On Bonus + Total Rewards Package
Requirements to Apply
- Current RN license in Oklahoma or compact multistate RN license (eNLC)
- BSN required;
Master’s degree preferred - 3+ years of supervisory or charge nurse experience
- BLS (AHA) required upon hire; ACLS within 1 year
- ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certification within 3 years
Job Overview
Join a newly expanded 36-bed surgical oncology unit housed in a state-of-the-art adult patient tower. This fast-paced unit cares for patients across the surgical journey—pre-op, post-op, or surgery candidates—within gynecologic, urologic, colorectal, hepatobiliary, and complex GI specialties. As RN Manager, you’ll lead, coach, and support a highly collaborative team of RNs, CTAs, and HUCs while maintaining hands-on clinical involvement. Your leadership will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and strong team engagement.
