LPN; Licensed Practical Nurse

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – 3pm to 11pm Shift

Location: Meadow Lake Estates – Oklahoma City, OK.

Base pay range: $28.00/hr – $31.00/hr.

Position overview: Meadow Lake Estates is looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our long‑term and rehabilitative care team. You will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care during the 3pm to 11pm shift in a supportive environment.

• Maintain nursing service objectives, goals, and standards consistent with licensure requirements and Nurse Practice Act.
• Evaluate staffing patterns needed to meet resident needs in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
• Administer medication/treatments as prescribed and implement physician orders.
• Implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring best patient outcomes.
• Identify and secure necessary equipment supplies.
• Direct and oversee subordinates; manage job tasks and time allotments.
• Evaluate staff performance and institute appropriate disciplinary or training actions.
• Monitor infection control compliance and investigate accidents/incidents.

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Previous skilled nursing experience.
• Solid understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
