AMG Specialty Hospital – Oklahoma City is offering a $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus for a Full‑Time Clinical Supervisor, RN for Night Shifts with ICU/Step‑down/critical care experience!

While on duty, you are authorized and designated by the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) to assume overall responsibility for clinical nursing practice. In this role you:

• Provide continuity in decision making and consistency in nursing practice by assuring that nursing and hospital standards and objectives are met;
• Act as a resource and support person for the nursing staff;
• Represent administration during any event occurring in your absence;
• Embrace and demand a culture of professionalism and accountability;
• Foster a positive milieu;
• Keep CCO and CEO apprised of situations that may place the facility at risk;
• Provide direct patient care as required based on staffing and patient acuity;
• Communicate with physicians, CCO and co‑workers about changes in patient’s clinical condition;
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.

Shift differentials paid for all night and weekend shifts.

ICU, Step‑down or critical care experience is preferred.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing;
• Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) licensure;
• Current BLS certification;
• Current ACLS certification;
• Acute care experience preferred;
• Able to communicate effectively and positively in English, both verbally and in writing.
