- Use discretion and independent judgment to assist the DQM with all aspects of the hospital quality program.
- Assist with survey activities to ensure that the facility maintains accreditation, certification, and licensure.
- Assist with monthly interdisciplinary QAPI team meetings.
- Assist with reviews of quarterly quality improvement reports.
- Assist the Medical Director and Quality Program Director with development and implementation of medical staff quality improvement activities.
- Perform all safety and EOC duties.
- Perform monthly safety rounds and quality control surveillance.
- Complete monthly quality‑related data entry, analysis and reporting.
- Assist with employee training and education in the workplace.
- Work with leadership team to ensure reporting requirements are met.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid state licensure.
- At least two years of clinical experience in LTACH or short‑term acute care.
- Previous experience with one major area of responsibility (quality improvement, risk management, infection control, or survey readiness).
