Responsibilities
  • Use discretion and independent judgment to assist the DQM with all aspects of the hospital quality program.
  • Assist with survey activities to ensure that the facility maintains accreditation, certification, and licensure.
  • Assist with monthly interdisciplinary QAPI team meetings.
  • Assist with reviews of quarterly quality improvement reports.
  • Assist the Medical Director and Quality Program Director with development and implementation of medical staff quality improvement activities.
  • Perform all safety and EOC duties.
  • Perform monthly safety rounds and quality control surveillance.
  • Complete monthly quality‑related data entry, analysis and reporting.
  • Assist with employee training and education in the workplace.
  • Work with leadership team to ensure reporting requirements are met.
Minimum Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with valid state licensure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least two years of clinical experience in LTACH or short‑term acute care.
  • Previous experience with one major area of responsibility (quality improvement, risk management, infection control, or survey readiness).
