Overview
Forvis Mazars is seeking a Marketing Senior Associate to support our Business Technology Services (BTS) practice. In this role, the Marketing Senior Associate works with the BTS Marketing Senior Leader to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, advance thought leadership, and deliver integrated campaigns that drive revenue growth and strengthen the Forvis Mazars brand through an education-based marketing approach. This position supports the full BTS practice, including Microsoft, Sage, Net Suite, Intelligence & Automation, Managed Services, Cybersecurity, App Development, and Construction Technology.
The Marketing Senior Associate works closely with Practice Unit and Service Line leaders, delivering a balanced mix of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and project management across multiple service lines. This role blends day-to-day execution with strategic marketing support, with a strong emphasis on content marketing, thought leadership, and integrated campaign delivery.
- Plan and manage integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns for multiple BTS service lines, including digital, social, and print tactics, in partnership with service line leadership.
- Own BTS thought leadership strategy and execution, including editorial planning, content creation, SME coordination, and distribution across channels.
- Ensure content aligns to buyer journeys, target industries, SEO best practices, firm brand standards, and marketplace differentiation in collaboration with National Consulting Marketing and Newsroom teams.
- Coordinate and execute recurring webinars, including planning, development and promotion, attendee reporting and analysis, results distribution to client service teams, and follow-up execution.
- Support planning and execution of industry trade shows and conferences, including booth logistics, onsite events, and post-event follow-up.
- Apply digital marketing best practices across campaigns, with working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, SEO, paid media (Google and Linked In), video, and social platforms.
- Conduct market and business intelligence research and build target pursuit lists in support of campaign and growth initiatives.
- Serve as a key liaison between BTS service line leaders and firmwide National Consulting Marketing and internal agency teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and execution excellence.
- Apply and uphold the firm's brand standards across all marketing activities and audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience related to Technology Marketing or Product Marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent writing abilities and enthusiasm for crafting content
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to enhance content creation, analysis, and marketing efficiency
