Since 2016, Harbinger has experienced rapid growth across multiple markets by focusing on relationships, excellence, and results. Now we’re expanding into Oklahoma City—and we’re looking for a pioneering Senior Marketing Director to lead the charge.
About the RoleThe Senior Marketing Director in Oklahoma City will be the first hire and market leader for Harbinger in Oklahoma. This is a highly relational, entrepreneurial role designed for a marketing professional who can both lead client partnerships and build the Harbinger presence in a new market.
You’ll serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of partners, guiding marketing strategy and overseeing execution through Harbinger’s creative, technical, and media teams. Simultaneously, you’ll be responsible for establishing brand presence

, and driving new growth opportunities through marketing assessments and business‑development conversations alongside our sales team.
As the market matures, you’ll also play a key role in hiring, training, and developing future Marketing Directors and Marketing Coordinators, ensuring the Harbinger culture and standard of excellence are replicated locally.
This is not an agency account manager role. This is an outsourced CMO position
—a relationship‑driven leadership opportunity for someone who wants to build, lead, and grow a market from the ground up.
- Serve as Harbinger’s market leader in Oklahoma City, representing our brand at networking events, professional associations, and local business functions.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships that lead to new business opportunities and long‑term partnerships.
- Assist our sales team in marketing assessments with prospective partners, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with our leadership team to craft proposals and onboarding plans.
- Hire, mentor, and train future Marketing Directors and Marketing Coordinators as the market scales.
- Foster Harbinger’s culture—defined by clarity, excellence, and service—across all Oklahoma‑based relationships and team members.
- Act as the primary strategist and relationship lead for assigned partners, serving as their outsourced marketing director.
- Develop and oversee marketing strategies that align with client goals, budget, and business objectives.
- Direct Harbinger’s internal creative, production, and technical teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics across all digital and traditional channels.
- Maintain a proactive communication rhythm with partners, anticipating needs and delivering solutions before being asked.
- Lead quarterly marketing reviews and ensure alignment between partner objectives and campaign results.
- Ensure consistent documentation, reporting, and collaboration between Oklahoma‑based accounts and Harbinger’s central operations team.
- Oversee financial stewardship of partner accounts—monitoring spend, ROI, and profitability for both Harbinger and our clients.
