The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing all production‑related activities and ensuring they are performed safely while meeting all company safety and environmental requirements. This position works closely with various departments, coordinating manufacturing activities across the plant to ensure products meet specifications and testing is performed routinely.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations for the production department.
• Maintain production schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Maintain product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Responds to employee questions.
• Work closely with Plant staff on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervision of employees, planning and assigning work, adjusting schedules to meet production requirements, analyzing and resolving work problems, and inspecting materials to verify conformance with standards.
• Maintain production records and ensure employees complete records correctly and in a timely manner.

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, business, or a related field preferred
• At least three years of supervisory experience is highly preferred
• Must be able to excel in a deadline‑oriented environment
• Demonstrate a high level of competence in organizing and prioritizing multiple work assignments
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
