Warehouse Painter
Job Description
As a Warehouse Painter, you will prepare materials, surfaces, and equipment for paint coverage, coat and finish surfaces, and operate equipment to apply industrial paint finishes. Your role involves adjusting spray gun nozzles, monitoring paint flow and viscosity, cleaning paint lines and equipment, and maintaining all necessary paperwork. You will also safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, assemble equipment components, perform preventive maintenance, and support ISO-9001 and ISO-140001 regulations.
Active participation in problem prevention and solving is part of our continuous improvement program.
- Prepare materials, surfaces, and equipment for paint coverage.
- Coat and finish all required surfaces.
- Operate equipment to apply industrial paint finishes.
- Adjust nozzles on spray guns to obtain proper spray dispersion.
- Monitor the flow and viscosity of paint solutions.
- Clean paint lines, paint guns, and perform preventative maintenance.
- Maintain all applicable paperwork.
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Assemble equipment components, sub-assemblies, and/or accessories.
- Perform preventive maintenance to maintain high work center performance.
- Support ISO-9001 and ISO-140001 regulations.
- Participate in problem prevention and solving for continuous improvement.
- Plan daily activities to maximize personal output.
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area to ensure safety and quality.
- 2+ years of industrial painting experience
- High School Diploma or GED
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with industrial painting, powder coating, and paint spraying
- Knowledge of paint prep, high-volume industrial painting, and paint booths
- Skills in using spray guns, blasting, production, coating, and mixing

Work EnvironmentWork in a climate-controlled, brand new manufacturing facility with a strong focus on culture on the manufacturing floor. First shift hours are from 7am to 3:30pm.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
