Overview
As a Maintenance Technician at our corrugating and converting facility, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running at peak performance. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across multiple systems, ensuring our plant operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) — (Monday through Friday and weekend rotation)
Starting Pay: $19.57 to $25.37 (based on experience) – Eligible for pay increases at 90 days and 6 months based on performance and attendance.
What You’ll Do- Perform preventative and routine maintenance on production machinery, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, minimizing downtime and supporting safe, continuous operations.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, and manuals to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Work with variable speed AC/DC drives, servo motion controls, encoders, and PLC-controlled systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to improve equipment reliability.
- Support installation and setup of new machines and equipment.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately using the plant’s tracking system.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and support continuous improvement.

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent hands-on mechanical/electrical experience
- You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift. This includes standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and regularly lifting or moving up to 40 pounds
- You will work near moving mechanical parts and in an environment where noise, vibration, and airborne particles are common
- The facility is not climate controlled, which means it can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter
