- Visual Inspection of military aircraft engine parts and full engine assemblies.
- Provide inspection support to two geographically separated maintenance areas.
- Perform post repair conformance inspections IAW approved technical data.
- Assist internal or external F117 program personnel with concerns, comments or questions on P&W policies or assistance with P&W Proprietary info inquiries.
- Perform/Track audits of all HMC processes; audits to be performed in-person with an observed technician, ensuring all processes are performed with precision and accuracy.
- Comply with the Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules.
- Track all activities and responsibilities in internal data aggregation system.
- Mandatory functional HMC knowledge of F117 jet engine components and systems.
- Familiar with engine technical orders/maintenance manuals.
- Ability to program and perform calculations using database software/spreadsheets.
- AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
- Use of measurement devices, and ability to read and understand technical data.
- Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Adobe.

Employees who are working onsite will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. For onsite roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 60,000 USD - 114,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, responsibilities, candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits and incentive programs depending on the position and business unit.
This role is a U.S.
