Monday - Thursday 6 am - 4pm and OT Fridays and Saturdays 6am- 2:30am

Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform repair/preventative maintenance of equipment in a manufacturing environment and troubleshoot and repair electric, air systems, and hydraulic mechanical systems
  • Diagnose and repair mechanic drives and power transmission equipment and perform pump repair and pipe fitting as required.
  • Help set up new machines implement upgrades to support the manufacturing process and maintain all plant electrical systems.
  • Perform maintenance on forklifts, manlifts and various other gas and electrical motorized equipment and maintain all maintenance related records.

Maintenance Technician

Summary:

Installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment and provide a variety of plant maintenance support for ongoing manufacturing operations by performing the following duties.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, and physical.
  • Complete a satisfactory nationwide criminal background check.

Education and/or

Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
  • Training in a Technical discipline, trade school or electrical theory education preferred.
  • Military experience a plus.
  • 3 years’ experience in repairing and maintaining electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical systems and performing preventive maintenance programs; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
