Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay Range: $16-$17
Shift: First Shift
What's the Job?- Operate, set up, and monitor production machinery according to specifications and work instructions
- Perform machine adjustments, tooling changes, and basic troubleshooting as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules
- Prior experience operating Laser, Brake Press, CNC, BLS, Vipro, Flexo, or Post machines (at least one required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with quality control processes and measurement tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
