Position: Warehouse Team Member I

Warehouse Team Member I

Yukon, OK

General Purpose

Oversees activities in the Central Warehouse related to shipping, receiving, storing, supplies and dispatch of materials to ensure effective and efficient operations and material transportation.

Responsibilities
  • Perform tasks in shipping, receiving, inventory, small or large tools operations.
  • Adhere to all processes with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate deviations of standard processes to leadership and propose corrective solutions.
  • Safely load, transfer, and unload palletized and non‑palletized materials using assigned equipment.
  • Perform basic SAP transactions and troubleshoot common errors to maintain accurate inventory data.
  • Inspect rigging materials, as required.
  • Guide and coach peers and new hires on standard processes.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Functions
  • Stand for long periods of time.
  • Climb stairs or ladders and work off step stools.
  • Lift, push, pull, or carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Walk, stand, look up/down, balance, stoop, twist, kneel, and bend frequently.
  • Grasp and manipulate items with repetitive motion.
  • See and hear alarms, timers and follow verbal instructions; color differentiation may be required.
  • Adapt to changing environments while demonstrating Vestas Core Values.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts.
  • Operate equipment safely according to all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Exhibit personal integrity.
  • Interpret instructions and translate them into work.
  • Work both individually and as a team member.
Education, Training, and Skills Required
  • 1 year of experience in a general warehouse, distribution centre, or production environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of stock control, inventory management practices, and procedures.
  • Experience operating a forklift and reach truck.
  • Experience working within SAP.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely.
  • Read, interpret, and understand basic drawings and schematics.
  • Read, interpret process documents.
  • Basic computer literacy; beginner level understanding of Microsoft Office.
Physical Demands

Schedule and Salary

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Salary Range: $21,320 – $23,670
