About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Brick Packing and Palletizing Specialist to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure bricks are stacked and secured for safe transport while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. If you’re organized, physically fit, and ready to take on a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately arrange and stack bricks on pallets.
• Safely move pallets using pallet jacks or forklifts and secure loads for transport.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Promptly report any defects or quality issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines.
• Inspect and maintain packing equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Record packed products accurately and assist with inventory management.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to meet deadlines.
  
  What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with pallet jacks and forklifts (certification is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
• Willingness to wear PPE, including gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
