Implement and execute highly efficient processes in order to effectively manage site operations, facilities, and inventory in support of the sales team. The critical Operations Support Manager activities to achieve this are:

Operations Support Manager Mission Inventory Control
  • Manage site-level inventory by monitoring stock levels, deliveries, and usage to ensure product availability and accuracy.
  • Investigate, resolve, document, and report physical inventory discrepancies and variances for all stored products and materials.
  • Support the company month-end inventory reconciliation process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for designated districts by submitting daily load requests to third‑party logistics (3PL) provide.
  • Review inbound Bills of Lading (BOLs) and identify, document, and report discrepancies for designated districts.
Warehouse Operations
  • Own and execute daily warehouse operations for all stored products and materials, including loading, inbound receiving, and outbound shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with all facility food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and support designated districts with material handling equipment needs, availability, and utilization.
Facility Maintenance
  • Own and execute daily warehouse operations for all stored products and materials, including loading, inbound receiving, and outbound shipment.
  • Manage and maintain facility, grounds, and vehicle sanitation schedule.
  • Oversee maintenance schedules for all facility equipment to ensure operational readiness.
  • Ensure site-level safety practices and policies are consistently followed.
Workplace Safety
  • Complete required annual safety training and certifications.
  • Manage and support all OKC facility safety audits and compliance requirements.
Additional
  • Provide technical and administrative support to ensure company inventory management goals are achieved.
  • Provide operations team support / backfill as needed to ensure district teams are supported.
Outcomes
  • Strong, collaborative relationships are established and maintained with internal stakeholders (local sales teams, district managers, regional managers) and external vendors.
  • Operational improvement opportunities are proactively identified, clearly communicated, and successfully implemented.
  • Operating expenses are effectively managed and maintained within approved budget parameters.
  • Sales teams are efficiently supported to enable achievement of annual sales and performance goals.
  • Site-level safety, inventory accuracy, and food safety objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Facilities are maintained in safe, functional, and compliant working condition.
  • All facility standard operating procedures (SOPs) are fully documented, consistently followed, and continuously improved as needed.
Requirements
  • Embraces Values, Vision and Mission
  • High School diploma required
  • 2+ years warehouse supervisory experience required, refrigerated warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to safely operate all required material handling equipment
  • Must be able to safely lift, bend, push, pull up to 60% of daily work hours
  • Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in a 0-degree freezer and 35-degree cooler
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and decision‑making skills
  • Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Light travel required
