Position: Senior Director of Transformation (TMO)

* Supervisory Responsibilities:

** This position has direct supervisory responsibilities.
* Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of professional business or public administration experience, including 4 years in a supervisory or administrative capacity OR
* An equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional or technical administrative experience in business or public administration for each year of the required education.

* NOTE:

No substitution will be allowed for the required professional experience in a supervisor or administrative capacity.
* Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives in the health care field
* Familiarity with government or public sector operations
* Advanced data and analytics proficiency
* Change management experience
* Practical experience with project management methodologies, including waterfall, agile, or innovation frameworks
* Experience with technological implementations and modernization
* Certifications in project, program, or change management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Prosci Change Management), or equivalent senior-level experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Familiarity with Agile or innovation frameworks is a plus.
