Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Manager based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential properties while fostering a sense of community among residents. Responsibilities include managing tenant relations, ensuring property maintenance, coordinating leasing activities, enforcing policies, and maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction. The role also involves financial oversight, including budget management and reporting, as well as leading on-site staff and collaborating directly with stakeholders to achieve operational and financial goals.
Qualifications- Property management experience, including operational management and tenant relations
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage budgets
- Proven leadership experience and adeptness in team collaboration
- Effective communication and customer service skills to foster positive community relations
- Experience with One Site property management systems is a plus
- Proficiency in marketing, leasing, and resident engagement strategies
- Ability to problem-solve, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and work independently
