Under limited supervision, manages the Sales Center Customer Service Representatives, other similar employees, and their work. Develops, manages, and delivers support services to our sales force. Responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of a team of sales center customer service representatives.

• Plans, directs, supervises, and evaluates work flow.
• Provides customer support including order processing, informing customers of product shortages, expected delivery dates, and price changes.
• Recognizes and recommends operational improvements. Responsible for the day-to-day application of organizational policies and procedures.
• Manages virtual inventory for the sales office, including the weekly maintenance of inventory levels and cost differences.
• Responsible for all Inventory and Expense Pcard purchase activities and reconciliation in expense software.
• Coordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements.
• May make hiring decisions and conduct performance appraisals. May have responsibility for more than one team.
• May approve special price concessions, quotes, bid allowances, or adjustments.
• Assists customers and suppliers to resolve order problems.
• Manages daily incoming freight at cross docks for deliveries. Manages DOT compliance.
• Monitoring of Daily Management Review (DMR). Responsible for safety compliance and audit.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Typically requires a bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of related experience or the equivalent combination.
