Facilities Operations Manager youwillensurethatthecommunitiesassignedtoyouinour
OKCmarketconformtocompanystandards,andthatavenuesareexploredonanon-goingbasistoachievemoreefficientoperatingpracticesincludingcostsavingsoptionsandassetpreservation.
Weexpectthatyouwillmaintainconsistencywithinourcommunities,assistinbudgetpreparationandbeaccountableforspecificcapitalprojectsinyourassignedportfolio.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Trainsiteteamstoensurecompliancewithsafetyprotocolsandcompanyprocedures
- Assistwithcapitalimprovementprojects,fromplanningtovendorselectionandprogressreporting
- Sourceandnegotiatewithvendors;helpexecutecontractsandmanageprojectbids
- Investigatejobsiteincidentstoensuresafetyandproceduralcompliance
- Reviewandmanageexpendituresincoordinationwith Community and Regional Managers
- Support the
VPof Facilitieswithspecialprojectsandotherassignedduties
