ADB Wireless is seeking a Supervisor who has extensive knowledge of wireless construction operations. This role will be the direct supervisor of field construction crews; planning, directing, and organizing their day‑to‑day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and has previously worked in the field at a Foreman level. The Supervisor will manage and mentor various levels of Tower Technicians.
The ideal candidate will have extensive wireless technical experience, a strong belief in the safety and well‑being of team members, as well as a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
- Direct manager of field construction crews and subcontractors including onboarding, training, discipline actions, terminations, payroll, performance management, etc.
- Has full understanding of wireless construction operations including equipment used, labor skills, understanding of technology used, testing requirements, closeout requirements, OSHA requirements, etc.
- Oversee supplies, equipment, and materials for projects
- Oversee the project plans, schedules, objectives, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of the company’s mission, values, and policies
