Account Manager

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

  • Status: Exempt
  • Compensation: Salary Range $45,000 - $50,000 and Bonus Potential
Position Summary

The Account Manager oversees daily operations of assigned locations, ensuring exceptional service for clients and guests. The role manages staff, maintains client relationships, oversees financial aspects such as revenue and payroll, and performs valet duties when needed.

Primary Objective

Lead and manage valet operations by delivering outstanding guest service, optimizing efficiency, and driving financial performance. Focus on staff development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction while continuously improving service quality and business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as primary contact, ensuring contractual obligations are met, fostering communication, addressing concerns, building trust, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Daily Operational Oversight: Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance; conduct site visits to resolve issues, maintain equipment, improve processes, and uphold service standards.
  • Financial and Administrative Tasks: Monitor revenue, payroll, and expenses; identify trends; work with the Regional Director on cost control and accurate record‑keeping.
  • Team Supervision and Training: Recruit, train, coach associates; set performance expectations; foster a positive work environment and enforce company policies.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to management; coordinate promptly during emergencies or urgent situations.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Involve staff in planning, decision‑making, and process improvement; provide feedback; promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as needed to support operational and financial objectives, attend required staff meetings, complete training modules, work flexible hours, and travel for audits or corporate meetings.
Competency/Qualifications
  • Education/

    Experience:

    High school diploma or GED required; at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or similar field; additional leadership training beneficial.
  • Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; maintain acceptable motor vehicle record; pass and maintain clean background check.
  • Work Environment & Physical Demands: Indoor and outdoor settings; collaboration with teams, vendors, and clients; exposure to varying weather and noise; ability to run, stand, walk, lift moderate weights, and maintain vision requirements.
  • Hospitality, Customer Service, and Communication: Exceptional guest service, professional communication, active listening, and personalized assistance.
  • Advanced Client Management

    Skills:

    Build strong relationships, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate across locations.
  • Analytical and Problem‑Solving Abilities: Analyze revenue and payroll, identify discrepancies, resolve operational inefficiencies, and develop improvement solutions.
  • Effective Training and Leadership

    Skills:

    Hands‑on coaching, team building, operational software knowledge, leadership principles, and employee engagement.
  • Payroll Management: Manage payroll, scheduling, and overtime control.
  • Excellent Communication and Reporting

    Skills:

    Provide clear updates to operations, HR, and external vendors.
